How to dissolve peptide?
Solubility may vary depending on the type of peptide. The most common solution is to dissolve 1mg of peptide in 1ml of distilled water.
Why does peptide differ in solubility?
Solubility is important for using peptide. Each amino acid has its own chemical properties. For example, leucine, isoleucine, and valerine are hydrophobic, while other amino acids such as lysine, histidine, and arginine are hydrophilic. Therefore, different peptides have different solubility depending on their composition.
What if the peptides don’t dissolve well?
In the usual method, the peptide must be dissolved in pure water. If dissolution is still a problem, try the following methods: Sonic degradation helps dissolve the peptides. Dilute solution with a small amount of acetic acid (10% concentration) helps dissolve general peptides, and aqueous solution with ammonia helps dissolve acidic peptides.
What kind of report we provide along with peptide?

How to know your peptide purity?

What else should we pay attention to during storage?
You received the peptide in a freeze-dried powder with proper pack. Peptide is hydrophilic, absorption of water will reduce the stability of peptide, peptide content.
Please follow instructions as below:
First, use desiccant to keep the peptide in a dry environment.
Second, please keep the peptide in freezer at -20℃, in order to maintain maximum stability.
Third, avoid using the freezer without automatic frost function. Changes in humidity and temperature can affect the stability of the peptide.
Fourth, the external temperature in transport will not affect the expiry date and quality of the peptide.
How long will the peptide solution be kept?
It is not recommended to keep Peptide solution for a long period of time, and it’s recommended to prepare at the time you used it.
Is the solubility of the peptide related to the quality of the peptide?

What’s your suggestions on the design of phosphorylated peptides?
