At different ages, the secretion of various active peptides is also very different. According to the secretion, the life of a person can be generally divided into:
① Sufficient secretion period (youth before the age of 25) this period of endocrine balance, immune function is strong, the body is not easy to present disease;
② The secretory deficiency phase (imbalance phase)(30-50 years of age and middle age), which is hypothesized to be associated with various sub-health states and subtle diseases (more common in people over 40 years of age);

④ Secretion termination period (aging period), this period is very short, due to the control of the human endocrine “commander” active peptide secretion or secretion reduction, resulting in cell function decline, causing organ function failure and loss, and finally lead to the end of life.
Peptides are long chain compounds composed of more than 10 peptide bonds (-CONH-) after the condensation of -NH2 and -COOH of multiple molecules of α-amino acids. It includes a variety of compounds with certain physiological activity in the human body, which can be extracted from animal tissues or synthesized artificially.
Protein is a long chain peptide composed of various amino acids in a certain order of peptide bonds, which is a polymer compound formed by a variety of secondary bonds. Protein has a complex quaternary structure, and undergoes different degrees of hydrolysis. The product including peptides can be obtained by breaking the structure: protein → protein pulse (proteose) → peptone → polypeptide → oligopeptide (long chain peptide of 2-10 peptide bonds) → amino acid.
This also indicates the protein synthesis pathway. Therefore, peptides can be used not only in the biochemical pharmaceutical industry, but also in the study of protein synthesis pathways and their structures.
